Hello all. I'm announcing that as of 12:01AM GMT on Monday April 16, the Whiteboy's Rules forum here at C-GEN will be read-only. Furthermore, as of 12:01AM on Thursday April 19, this forum will be completely, totally and utterly DELETED.

Cannis has made this decision based on my current situation, and I'm playing along. The reasons are complex enough not to be worth explaining, yet simple enough to be deceptive. No, I haven't fallen out with Cannis, there's been no obscenities, foul play or anything of the back-stabbing variety. Think of this as me moving out and moving on.

But all is not lost. No siree. I have already backed up all threads and posts in the main forum and beta testing subforum, and they are being recreated as best as possible at my new forum home. Here's the linkage:

It's been nice here - I thank Cannis, it really helped my mod. Maybe in the future, I will return here for one reason or another - who knows what the future holds?

It's been fun! I've enjoyed helping (or more accurate, prolonging) out in the discussions on units and modes. I really enjoyed helping out with the cameos. Good Luck and keep us informed!

Will do. For now, all I can say is: register on the Renproj/STX forums. Good forums they are. And when you register, you can be "linked back up" to the posts you made here on the newly restored forum there... so it wil be like this place never got nuked; only moved.

Okay, a better answer: Cannis decided it should be that way. Something relating to hosting. It's Cannis' forum, he can do what he likes. Ask no more.

Anyway, why be sad? It's not like I'm dying. There's no harm in joining the Strategy-X forums - but use the Whiteboy's Rules skin, the "Evil red theme of death" that Renegade created isn't up to scratch IMHO STX Forums

Besides, to successfully move my whole CGEN forum to STX, it requires as many memebers as possible, to link the restored posts to their posters. Come and claim your posts people
